Refund and Returns policy:
1. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your Velvére purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 7 days of delivery.
How it works:
Complimentary Pickup: You do not need to visit a courier. We will arrange a pickup of your return order directly from your location.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed immediately and transferred back to your original payment method.
2. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account statement again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often a processing time (3–5 business days) before a refund appears.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@velvereofficial.com or via our 24-hour WhatsApp chat.
3. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you require a size swap. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@velvereofficial.com, and we will arrange the exchange via our courier service.
(Note: We handle exchanges via pickup/drop-off to ensure a seamless luxury experience.)
