UAE DELIVERY OPTIONS
Next Day Delivery (UAE – All Emirates)
- Delivery Time: Next working day
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM
- Service Type: Standard ambient delivery
- Coverage: All UAE Emirates
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available
Remote Areas (UAE)
- Certain locations may be classified as remote areas by the courier.
- Additional remote area charge: AED 10 (applied at checkout or post-order if applicable).
GCC DELIVERY (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)
- Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (varies by destination)
- Service Type: Tracked door-to-door delivery
- Cash on Delivery: Available (COD fee applies)
- Customs & VAT: Shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – duties & VAT are billed to the shipper and may be reflected in pricing
Delivery charges are calculated based on shipment weight and destination country.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Outside UAE & GCC)
- Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (destination-dependent)
- Service Type: Prepaid international shipping only
- Cash on Delivery: Not available
- Customs Duties & Taxes:
- Shipped under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) by default
- Any customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees are payable by the customer upon delivery
International shipping rates are calculated by destination zone and shipment weight.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During promotions, launches, or peak periods, dispatch timelines may be extended.
UNDELIVERED / REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer refusal
- Unavailability at delivery location
The order may be:
- Returned to our warehouse
- Subject to return shipping charges, which will be deducted from any refund due
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
Address correction may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
- Weight & Pricing
Shipping charges are calculated using:
- Actual weight or
- Volumetric weight (whichever is higher)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in the UAE and selected GCC countries
- COD remittance is processed bi-monthly
- Any refused COD orders may be charged for delivery and return handling
- Delays
Velvére is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
- Courier operational delays
- Liability
Courier liability is limited to:
- UAE deliveries: Up to USD 25 per order
- International deliveries: Up to USD 100 per order
(or declared value, whichever is lower)
Optional shipment insurance is available for international orders.
- Taxes & Duties
- UAE prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees
- Cancellations
- Orders cancelled after pick & pack may incur a handling fee
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
